Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for agricultural and palm projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and final closure
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and track financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture
- Strong hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of palm cultivation and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
- PMP certification is a strong advantage
