Responsibilities
As a Servery Staff member, you will contribute to a positive and supportive mealtime experience for residents. Your key responsibilities include:
- Preparing food and serving meals in a safe and caring manner
- Setting up dining areas thoughtfully and efficiently
- Supporting residents’ dietary needs and meal preferences
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in kitchen and dining areas
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and care teams
- Treating every resident with dignity, respect, and kindness
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory)
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
