- Process weekly certified payroll reports in compliance with prevailing wage requirements using Lcptracker and Quantum.
- Manage payroll and financial documentation in QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Answer phone calls professionally.
- Manage and respond to office emails in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry, document preparation, and general administrative duties.
- Communicate with managers, contractors, and customers as needed.
