Responsibilities
- Maintain a pristine kitchen environment, ensuring all dish stations, ingredient storage, trash collection areas, and back-of-house spaces meet RH’s high standards of sanitation and organization.
- Clean all plateware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and utensils efficiently to support flawless service.
- Build foundational knowledge of RH’s menu items and ingredients to assist kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with team members and leaders to help with daily food prep, inventory organization, and additional cleaning responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service culinary environment.
- Basic awareness of food safety standards.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of application.
- Meet the minimum legal age required for specific kitchen responsibilities and work shifts, in accordance with local labor laws.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 kg safely.
- Stamina for standing and walking for extended periods.
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Awareness of proper safety and sanitation practices in a commercial kitchen environment.
