Farm Workers will assist in crop care, harvesting, packing, and general maintenance, ensuring high-quality produce and efficient operations throughout the growing season.

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, product bins, and waste bins
- Prune, harvest, pack, lower, clip, suckering, de-leaf crops as required
- Clean out old crops at the end of the season and sanitize areas for new planting
- String and wire plants and objects for support
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the greenhouse
- Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use
- Move waste from the greenhouse to dumpsters
- Operate hand tools (e.g., pruning clippers) and powered equipment (e.g., railed scissor lifts)
- Complete daily logs and other reports as required
- Perform physically demanding tasks including standing, lifting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, or balancing
- Respond to on-call emergencies outside normal working hours
Requirements
- No prior experience or education required
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labor
- Ability to work in extreme hot or cold greenhouse conditions
- Must be able to work six days a week with flexibility for long hours during peak season
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Attention to safety and cleanliness standards
