Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sorting and packaging vegetables according to company standards
- Inspect vegetables and remove damaged or spoiled items before packaging
- Ensure accurate labeling and tagging for identification and traceability
- Clean and maintain packaging materials, tools, and workstations
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the packaging area
- Assist with loading and unloading vegetables for storage or delivery
- Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report quality issues or supply shortages to supervisors immediately
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Packing Helper
- Basic knowledge of vegetables and packaging standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
- Physically fit to handle packing, lifting, and sorting tasks
- Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety
- High school diploma or equivalent, if available
- Male candidates preferred
